Horse Transportation Specialists ("HTS," "we," "us," or "our") is a nationwide horse transportation broker. We arrange and coordinate transportation by connecting clients with independent, licensed horse transportation carriers. We are a broker, not a shipper or carrier, and we do not ourselves transport, haul, or ship horses.

1. Digital Products. Digital products, including the downloadable guide, are delivered electronically and made available for immediate download upon purchase. No physical item is shipped or mailed.

3. Services Are Not Shipped. All other offerings provided by HTS, including consultations, lead services, and transport planning, are professional services. Nothing is physically shipped or delivered to the client in connection with these services.

4. Transport of Horses Is the Carrier's Responsibility. The actual transport (shipment) of a horse is performed solely by the independent horse transportation company that the client selects and hires. HTS does not own, operate, or control any transport vehicle and is not the carrier. All aspects of the physical transport, including scheduling, pick-up, routing, care of the horse in transit, delivery, and the condition of the horse upon arrival, are the sole responsibility of the transportation company hired by the client, and are in no way the responsibility of HTS.

5. Disputes. Any dispute, claim, damage, delay, injury, or loss arising out of or relating to the transportation of a horse shall be resolved solely between the horse transportation company and the owner of the horse. HTS is not a party to the transport agreement between the client and the carrier and bears no liability for the acts or omissions of any carrier.
